RISE course published!

Recently I had the honour of contributing to the production of a new open access course hosted on Manchester Metropolitan University's RISE website. The course, So You're Thinking Of A PhD?, was designed to explain the process of applying for a PhD and widen access to PhD study. We know that some demographics are underrepresented at PhD level, and this course aims to reduce some of the barriers accessing PhD study, demystifying the process and providing resources to practice PhD applications. The course offers perspectives from four different PhD students from different backgrounds, includes information for international students and on diversity in higher education, and is open access to all, not just Manchester Met students. I'm so proud to have contributed to the development of this course, so check it out and feel free to pass onto others!
